Pair of Large Orrefors Crystal Wall Sconces MEDEA. 1960s

Large Pair of Iconic Orrefors "Medea" Textured Crystal Glass Wall Lamps. The Demi Lune Glass has a Diamond Pattern enhanced and is fixed with brass clips hon a brass base plate, slightly smaller than the glass piece. When the sconces are lit, the textured crystal glass creates a soft illumination and beautiful light is spread in every direction. 

Design by Carl Fagerlund for Swedish Orrefors in the 1960s. 

Original lamp holder with one bulb (E14/E12), works perfectly BUT the cable is cut very short so electrician needs to install a new, longer cable, very easy to install hard-wired into the wall.  Great vintage condition, no chips are visible when the wall lights are mounted. A few nails on the glass at the back side (where glass meets brass plate) but not visible at all when mounted.
