Availability of Goods
Studio Laurin goods are subject to availability. If for any reason the goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. 

Description of Goods
I do my best to ensure that details, descriptions and prices within the website are correct but errors may occur and I reserve the right to alter the same at any time.

Every care is taken to reproduce faithfully all descriptions of goods, however errors may occur. In the event of goods being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, or error in pricing information from our suppliers, I have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

All prices quoted are in EUR and include all taxes at current rates. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside Sweden, import duties might be added.

I use third party carriers. I aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of confirmation of your order. All quoted delivery times are estimates.

Damaged goods
Your package is 100% insured - if you receive a damaged item, Studio Laurin will send out new prisms or an equivalent replacement item free of charge. The damage must be reported to Studio Laurin within 30 days from the day the package was received, as our insurance with the transport companies is in turn only valid for 30 days.

Returns & Refunds
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase - If that's not the case, I'll accept items for return or exchange within 14 days. The return is paid by the customer and the package needs to be trackable. Shipping address for returned items:

In case of return of overseas orders (US and Asia) the buyer will pay for both ways of shipping before the order is credited.

Parcels refused by the consignee (or if the parcel by any other reason will be returned to the sender) is combined with a cost and the cost is paid by the customer.

Lost Deliveries
Studio Laurin cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier and you have received tracking number it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. If your parcel get lost or stolen we will do our best to provide you with relevant information and help you to claim directly to the courier. As your parcel is insured to 100% you will get a full refund as long as your claim is declared within 30 days from tracking received from the courier.
Our advice is to never agree for goods to be left ‘in a safe place’, as insurance is not valid if the parcel disappears.

Force majuere
Studio Laurin will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood or national emergencies. If so delayed we will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing our obligations. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are only approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, charges, costs or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
